“We are extremely excited to assist Music Street International on the development and execution of their forthcoming nationwide and international expansion plans. It is very important that you believe in what and who you choose to work with, and we believe that Music Street is extremely innovative and exciting and will immediately become a hot entertainment destination wherever it locates,” Dunham said

“Selecting the appropriate real estate is paramount to our expansion and selecting the right consultant is key,” said Morriss. “We selected Dunham as we are very familiar with his real estate and development background, market knowledge, and specifically his efforts in selecting nearly all of the Bass Pro Shops locations in North America.”

About Music Street International:

Music Street International, a division of The Consortium Firm International, was created as a unique arts, entertainment and dining venue. Project visionary and entrepreneur Steve Morriss developed the concept after spending years strategically building relationships in the arts, entertainment and chef-driven dining industries and studying how and why projects succeeded or failed. He sensed an opportunity to raise the bar for an entertainment destination and provide patrons with a unique community experience of the highest quality.

The flagship location, Music Street Frisco, is a $40 million complex currently under construction on 6.7 acres north of Dallas. When completed, Music Street Frisco will include a 1,024-seat indoor concert hall, a 400-seat outdoor performance stage, an upscale steak house, a more casual restaurant, and three to six guest kitchens. The main stage acoustics will be “fully tuneable” to accommodate virtually any style of music, live theater, full orchestras, TED Talks, runway fashion shows and a variety of community events. Studio-quality audio and video recording capabilities will be in place to produce commercial music and broadcasts.
